1. 5 - 30 ml per serving, 1 to 3 times a day on an empty stomach in the morning, afternoon, night or before going to bed.
2. Drink directly or add 3-5 times of water (below 40 deg. C) to dilute.
3. Hold it in your mouth for a few minutes, then swallow it for best results.
4. Freshly squeezed lemon juice, apple juice, wild grass juice or various fermented vinegar can be added according to personal preference.
